We wanted to provide you with a few updates on how we're navigating COVID-19.
Everyone's health and safety is of utmost importance and we are following all health protocols. To make things easier, we've temporarily extended our return and exchange policy to accommodate quarantine restrictions. All customer emails will still be responded to within 24 hours.
Due to the escalation of the Corona virus pandemic (COVID-19) some packages will be delayed because of the massive backlog of packages and lower shipping capacity. The carriers only have 40% capacity until all airlines start their routes again. This is caused by limited air space which has cancelled many flights which is why we are experiencing the delay and shipment.
Although they are working 24/7, depending on the product please allow at least 5-10 days for the carrier to process the package and for your tracking code to appear online. However, please don't worry. We will still get your package to you during this world event.
